As of my knowledge cutoff date of September 2021, there was no official announcement that "Picard" season 3 has been cancelled. However, it's worth noting that production schedules can be affected by many factors, including the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, so it's possible that there have been delays or changes to the show's production timeline. It's always best to check with official sources for the most up-to-date information about the status of a TV show

As of my knowledge cutoff date of September 2021, there was no official announcement regarding the cancellation of Picard Season 3.  However, it is possible that things may have changed since then, so I would recommend checking official sources or news outlets for any updates on the status of Picard Season 3
